The Bank of India (BOI) Apprentice 2025 program offers a one-year training opportunity under the Apprentices Act, 1961, providing practical exposure to banking operations across various branches in India. Selected apprentices will assist in daily banking activities, customer service, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in financial services and digital banking. The position is open to graduates in any discipline who have completed their degree between 01.04.2021 and 01.01.2025, with an age limit of 20-28 years as of 01.01.2025. The selection process includes an online examination covering General Awareness, English, Reasoning, and Computer Knowledge, followed by a local language proficiency test. Apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹12,000 but will not be considered bank employees.
